Where are Helen Moore products made?
All Helen Moore faux fur products are manufactured in the UK at our factory in Devon. Items from our Revival Collection are made in India in socially responsible factories using scraps let over from the fast fashion industry.

Is it real fur?
No. The ‘fur’ fabrics are 100% acrylic, but each fibre or ’hair’ is highly polished, which is what makes our fabrics so soft and silky - and feel just like real fur.

How do I care for faux fur?
Some of our products can be washed in a washing machine and cool tumble dried and others will need to be dry cleaned. Please check the individual washing instructions on the products.

Keep your faux fur looking beautiful and smooth by brushing it after washing.


How long will my order take to get to me?
Your item will normally be despatched within 3 working days (usually it will be the next working day) by Royal Mail Track and Trace, which (for UK) should reach you within 2-3 working days.

If there is a particular deadline you are aiming for, please give us a ring to confirm or select our next day delivery to guarantee your delivery date. If for some reason there is a delay in despatching your order, we will contact you to discuss it.


How much does delivery cost?
Our standard UK mainland postage is free of charge. Our First Class tracked delivery option is £6 and orders for the UK mainland placed before 10.30am on a weekday can select the 'Express Delivery' option for £10. Can I make changes to my order after I have placed it?
Orders are normally despatched on the same working day they are received if the order is placed before 2pm. If you would like to make a change to your order please contact us as soon as possible and we will make every effort to help.

How is my order packaged?
Your order will be packed in a branded Helen Moore box with white Helen Moore tissue paper. The boxes are plain on the outside so that if you order a gift for someone it will be a surprise.

The item I want is out of stock, will you be making more?
Occasionally an item may be out of stock, for example, if we are waiting for a delivery of fabric. As we make all our products here in our factory in the UK we always try our best to fulfil orders, so please call customer services on 01884 861005 and we will do our utmost to help.


Do you sell gift vouchers?
Yes, postal gift certificates are sent in a beautiful presentation wallet printed with the Helen Moore logo in rose gold foil lettering.

Helen Moore gift certificates can be ordered on our website for any value from £5.00 upwards.


Where do I enter my gift voucher code?
Please enter your gift card code on the checkout page on the website. Press the Activate button to apply the code.

I am getting married and want something special, can you make it for me?
The Helen Moore Wedding Collection offers a choice of beautiful faux furs in a range of lovely accessories, however, if you have a different faux fur or style in mind please contact us and we will be happy to help.

I can see a style that I like, but it isn’t shown in the faux fur that I want. Can I order a Bespoke item to be made specially?
We are happy to make any item in our range in a faux fur of your choice, provided that the fabric is available and is the correct specification. Occasionally a faux fur fabric is very thick, or the fibres are dense and long so it may not be suitable for every product. If you would like to order a bespoke piece please call customer services on 01884 861005 and we will be able to help with information and pricing.
